Terms of Service

Welcome to PixQ Wallpapers ("PixQ", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixQ Wallpapers mobile app and the website at pixq.app. By using PixQ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PixQ.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the PixQ app on your personal mobile devices, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Wallpaper Content and Ownership

Wallpapers in PixQ are owned by PixQ, our licensors, or the original creators. When you download a wallpaper, you receive a license to use it as a wallpaper or lock-screen image on your personal devices. You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any wallpaper
• Use wallpapers in your own apps, products, or commercial materials
• Claim authorship of wallpapers you didn't create
• Bulk-download wallpapers to redistribute elsewhere

4. Premium Content

Some wallpapers, collections, or features may require a premium subscription, in-app purchase, or earned credits to access. Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date in your platform's subscription settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of PixQ
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service
• Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Use PixQ to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' enjoyment of it

6. User-Submitted Content

If PixQ allows you to submit content (e.g., your own wallpapers, ratings, comments), you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant PixQ a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

PixQ, the PixQ logo, the PixQ Wallpapers app design, and all associated trademarks are the property of PixQ. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

PixQ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixQ and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PixQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You can stop using PixQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. Upon termination, your license to use PixQ ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you in-app or via email. Continued use of PixQ after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction — e.g. India / your state], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [your city].
